Où elles divergent vraiment

Les différences qui comptent une fois l'outil en usage.

Workspace vs runtime

Tulsk

Tulsk is the place where a company defines and reviews work. Humans and agents share projects, task context, comments, files, status, and history.

The runtime is deliberately not a product-level brand or choice. Users configure agents and Tulsk manages how they execute.

Hermes Agent

Hermes Agent is the runtime. It gives an operator a TUI, gateway, tool loop, memory, skills, subagents, model selection, and several execution backends.

It does not include a collaborative project-management layer comparable to Tulsk.

Curated vs self-improving skills

Tulsk

Tulsk skills are explicit Markdown workflows. A person creates, imports, reviews, and assigns them to agents. Skills change behavior but never grant tool or secret access.

Hermes Agent

Hermes Agent emphasizes a closed learning loop: it can create skills after complex tasks and improve them during use. That is attractive when adaptation matters more than centralized review.

Operations and accountability

Tulsk

Tulsk manages the workspace computer and records agent runs, usage, lineage, comments, configuration revisions, and approvals. Outputs stay attached to team work.

Hermes Agent

Hermes Agent offers more infrastructure freedom, from a laptop or inexpensive VPS to Modal, Daytona, and GPU systems. The operator is responsible for deployment, credentials, policy, and collaboration around its output.
