Acceptance and Accounts
By accessing or using Tulsk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Tulsk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account or workspace, subject to applicable law.
Using the Service
You may use Tulsk only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not use the service to abuse third parties, violate rights, disrupt systems, or attempt to bypass platform safeguards.
- Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
- Do not use Tulsk to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or misuse the service outside allowed product behavior.
AI Features and Outputs
Tulsk includes AI-assisted features and agent workflows. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving material before relying on it.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated outputs complies with your obligations to customers, employees, partners, and regulators.
Fees and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription or add-on. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges unless you cancel before renewal under the terms of your billing arrangement.
We may suspend or limit access to paid features for failed payments, abuse prevention, or account delinquency.
Ownership and Feedback
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Tulsk, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, secure, and operate the service.
Tulsk retains all rights in the service, software, branding, and related materials. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.
Suspension, Termination, and Changes
We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to prevent harm, address abuse, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
Disclaimers and Liability
Tulsk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Tulsk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the service.
